Death in the digital age… "You are dead but you keep popping up"

24/08/2012

A few weeks ago I wrote a blog titled,  “You are dead but you keep popping up”.  I mentioned some of the growing concerns about what happens to our “digital life” following death, some of the issues that loved ones experience during bereavement, and how complex this has become.

I am curious about an upcoming conference titled the  Digital Death Day Conference, on October 6,2012, in London England. This is definitely a topic that we will hear more about in the coming years.

Please let me know if you attend!  I am interested in hearing more!  (I wish the conference was before Sept 4th 2012 when I start to teach the online course “Death and Dying in the 21st Century” .  It would add to the discussion!)
