Check the format of your membership code before entering.

If your code has dashes between groups of characters e.g., ABCD-1234–ghjk-9876

• Enter the dashes (-) as part of the code.
  

 If your code has word spaces between groups of characters, e.g., ABCD 1234 ghjk 9876

• DO NOT enter the word spaces
• Instead, enter the code as one continuous line of characters e.g., ABCD1234ghjk9876.
