Frequently-Asked Questions
Choose your resource package from our Shop, selecting print-only, digital-only, or print + digital options grouped by user role (Nurses, PSWs/HCAs, NAs, Instructors). Once you’ve placed an order you’ll receive a series of emails:
- Order Received (submission confirmed)
- Order Processing (payment received, resources preparing)
- Order Completed (print items shipped, online access ready)
- Virtual Resources Invite (contains Invite Code + digital library access instructions)
For bulk or institutional orders: collect instructor/bookstore email addresses ahead of time, fill them in the order form, and specify preferred Invite Code recipient (you, instructor, or both).
Digital access requires a free account in the LDM Digital Library.
Note: Printed materials typically arrive within 2–3 weeks, depending on location. Delivery may take longer during holidays.
*Once received, forward the Invite Code to instructors or bookstore staff for distribution.

- Encountering an SSO (“Single Sign-On”) login error? Submit our Technical Support request form. This error often happens when you’ve logged in on multiple browsers/devices without logging out of prior sessions. Our team will troubleshoot your account settings.
We’re committed to providing high-quality resources. Because our materials are often shipped or instantly activated digitally, refunds are not normally issued once an order is completed or access is granted. Exceptions may apply in cases of:
- Non-delivery (submit within 30 days of purchase)
- Major defects (report within one week of delivery)
- Mis-described products (report within 72 hours of receipt)
Online items are non-refundable once access is granted. Please note compatibility issues with older hardware or software are not eligible for refunds.
Using the Website and any of our materials implies your agreement to these Terms & Conditions. Among other key provisions:
• We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive licence to view content and print pages for personal use; all other uses are reserved.
• Sharing login credentials, redistributing materials, or using them for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• We may amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new version.
