This webinar provides practical tips for PSWs to use when they find themself in a situation where they do not know how to respond to a person or family member. Sometimes these are situations where grief and loss have been expressed. Other times they are when PSWs are asked questions by the family, but it is not within their scope of practice to provide a response.
