National Grief and Bereavement Day

National Grief and Bereavement Day is a day that focuses on normalizing grief as a part of life. We know that losses will occur in life and grief is our way or expressing the losses. However, many people are not able to acknowledge or share their grief.

On this day, the goal is to share resources and tools that may support people who are struggling with grieving. For a comprehensive list of resources,  go to the CHPCA website https://www.chpca.ca/campaigns/bereavementday/

Remember that grief isn’t something to be worked through then it will be gone forever. It’s a process, and it never really leaves.
