About Valerie Cooper
Valerie provides palliative care for people living and dying with life-limiting illnesses in the Kingston, Ontario area. She has thoroughly explored issues related to MAID and is a member of Canada’s Dying with Dignity Clinician Advisory Council. Valerie is also involved in teaching about palliative care for nurses and nurse practitioners and is a member of many Communities of Practice and organizations related to palliative care, end-of-life care, and Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID).
