In this presentation, Kath Murray will discuss the terminal nature of Alzheimer’s Disease, and explore what this means for your role in caregiving, navigating, decision making, and advance care planning. Kath will draw on her experiences as a hospice palliative care nurse and thanatologist. Please send questions in advance, and prepare to participate during the session.
