January is Alzheimers Awareness Month!

JANUARY – Alzheimer’s Awareness Month 2023

Alzheimer’s Awareness Month is led by the Alzheimer Society. During this month, we encourage everyone to learn more about Alzheimer’s dementia and its impact on Canadians – while recognizing that people who are living with Alzheimer’s live with this disease all year, not just for a month.

“By understanding what Alzheimer’s is and how it affects a person and their family, we are better prepared to support people with Alzheimer’s and their families.”

Check out the many ideas for raising awareness about Alzheimer’s and supporting people who are living with Alzheimer’s disease at the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada.

The event is finished.
